Client: Corry Federal Credit Union
Location: Corry, Pennsylvania
Size: 11,978 s.f.
Completed: 2005
Narrative: This project involved designing a 2-story, 11,978 square foot facility to accommodate the main offices of a fast -growing Federal Credit Union. The building plays well with the hillside providing both levels with on-grade access. There are two tenant spaces - each with its own separate entrance - in addition to the Credit Union offices. This provides future growth areas for the FCU. The two story lobby provides ample daylight through upper arched windows. The site is adjacent to a municipal park, and many spaces were oriented to provide views of the green parkland.
Statement: Mr. Trott was not "Architect of Record" for this building, but designed and managed the project while a Partner at Thomas J. Freeman Architect PC.
